Software studio & game studio
We Build Software.
We Create Worlds.
Building useful software, digital tools, and ambitious interactive games.
DOVNEXUS is one company running two disciplines. What we learn shipping business software makes the games better. What we learn building game systems makes the software better.
Two disciplines
DOVNEXUS Software
Business systems, digital tools and AI-assisted products. Sold, supported and versioned like real software — with pricing, docs and a changelog you can read before you buy.
DOVNEXUS Games
Simulation games about systems, economies and the decisions inside them. Long-form projects, built to be played for hundreds of hours.
Featured product
Rendo Clinic
Real-time booking and clinic management for independent dental, cosmetic, and physio clinics - Arabic-first, magic-link login, and a Trust Score that shows who to double-confirm.
Rendo Clinic is a multi-tenant SaaS platform for independent clinics - dental, cosmetic, and physiotherapy practices - that need real booking infrastructure without enterprise overhead. Patients book in real time through a shareable link or QR code, no app download required. Staff and doctors sign in with a passwordless magic link (an optional password login is also available). Multi-provider scheduling lets a clinic run several doctors' calendars independently from one account. The Trust Score gives clinic staff a private, view-only read on a patient's booking reliability, built from real completed/cancelled/no-show history - it never automates any action against a patient, the clinic always decides. WhatsApp reminders are prepared messages staff send from their own WhatsApp with one tap - never sent automatically, and no message content ever touches our servers. On the Pro tier, in supported regions, Rendo Clinic adds real medical records: chronic conditions, medications, lab orders, and printable or WhatsApp-shareable prescriptions and lab orders, rendered as Arabic-script-correct PDFs.
- Real-time public booking page with QR code sharing
- Magic-link login for owners and staff - no passwords required
- Multi-provider scheduling - run several doctors' calendars independently
- Trust Score: private, view-only patient reliability signal

Retail Empire
One shop. One city. Every decision on your head.
Start with a single unit on a bad street and build a retail network across a living city — where suppliers negotiate, competitors react, and customers remember how you treated them.

What DOVNEXUS builds
Four things, and nothing else
We say no to most ideas. These are the categories we actually ship in.
Business software
Systems that run an operation end to end. Sold with a price, a changelog and someone to email.
Digital tools
Small products that do one job properly. If it needs a tutorial, we designed it wrong.
AI-powered products
Where a model does measurable work in the flow. Built assuming it will sometimes be wrong.
Interactive games
Simulations of systems and economies. Long projects, built to be played for hundreds of hours.
Our vision
We build, launch, learn, and build better.
Every product we ship leaves behind technology and evidence. The next one starts further ahead than the last one did. That compounding is the whole strategy.

Inside the work
How a DOVNEXUS product gets made
Seven stages, run in the open. No idea skips validation, and no product ships without a plan for what happens after launch.
- 01
Discover
We find a problem someone is already paying to work around — with a spreadsheet, an extra employee, or an accepted monthly loss. If nobody is paying anything to avoid it, it is not a problem yet.
- 02
Validate
We talk to people who have the problem before we build anything. The question is never "would you use this" — it is "what are you doing about it today, and what does that cost you".
- 03
Build
The smallest thing that solves the whole problem for one person — not a slice of it for everyone. Shared engineering from previous products goes in here, which is why later products start further along.
- 04
Test
Real data, real workload, real people who are not us. A product that only works on our test fixture has not been tested.
- 05
Launch
With a price, documentation and a support address on day one. We do not launch into a waitlist and call it a release.
- 06
Learn
We watch what people actually do, not what they said they would do. Support tickets are the highest-signal document a company produces, and we read all of them.
- 07
Scale
Only once the thing works for the people who have it. Growth applied to a product that is not ready just distributes the problem more widely.

What's new
Retail Empire — Development Update #12: the competitor that went bankrupt
We gave rival chains the same rules the player plays by. Then one of them overextended into a declining district and went under on its own, in a test nobody was watching.
AutoRoyal ERP 0.9 — treasury transfers and receivable aging
Money can now move between treasury accounts with a full audit trail, and the receivables report finally answers "who owes me, and for how long" in one screen.
Why Labs lists the things that did not work
We archived a peer-to-peer sync system that worked perfectly and solved the wrong problem. Publishing that is more useful to you than another post about our values.
DOVNEXUS, in public
One company, two disciplines: business software and simulation games, with a shared engineering foundation underneath. Here is what we are building and what we are not.
Coming next
What we have committed to build
Only projects we have actually decided to develop appear here. We would rather show four real things than twenty maybes.
AutoRoyal ERP 1.0
General availability: consolidated multi-branch reporting, the permission editor, and the migration tool for moving off spreadsheets.
DOVNEXUS Account
One account across every DOVNEXUS product: licences, invoices, downloads and support tickets in one place.
Retail Empire — playable demo
The first two in-game years, single district. We would rather ship this late than ship a demo that misrepresents the game.
Simulation core in the browser
If the economic core runs well in WebAssembly, a browser demo becomes possible — and so does using the same core inside our business software.
Stay in the loop
One email when something ships.
Release notes, development updates and launch dates. No marketing sequences, and you can leave in one click.
