DOVNEXUS is a trading name operated by Mohammad Ayman Ahmad Abu Al-Hayjaa, an individual seller based in Palestine.
We collect the least we can get away with. We do not sell any of it, and we do not share it with advertisers.
If you subscribe to our newsletter we store your email address, the language of the form, which page you subscribed from, and the consent wording you agreed to with its date. We do not send any email from this system yet — we store and manage subscribers only, and a professional email provider will be connected when we actually start sending. You can unsubscribe at any time at /unsubscribe.
If you contact support or report a bug we store your name, email address, subject and message, plus any product, version and environment details you provide, so that we can answer you. Support staff may attach internal notes to your message; those are internal only and are never shown to you or published.
We do not store your IP address against your subscription or your support message. Rate limiting uses your IP in memory only, and it is discarded when the server restarts.
Our website uses no third-party analytics and sets no advertising cookies. The only cookie we set remembers which language you chose.
Fonts are served from our own servers, not a third-party CDN, so loading a page does not tell anyone else that you visited us.
Data you put into a hosted product is yours. You can export it at any time, and if you stop paying we keep it read-only for 60 days so you can take it with you.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it, by emailing the address at the bottom of this page. We will answer within 30 days. Deleting a subscription or a support message removes it permanently, including any internal notes attached to it.
We have not yet set a fixed retention period for newsletter subscriptions or support messages. Until we do, we keep them for as long as they are needed for the purpose they were given, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.
