Can I self-host, instead of using your servers?
Yes, for AutoRoyal ERP, on an annual licence. Accounting data is the kind of thing many businesses are not allowed to put in someone else's cloud, and we would rather sell you a licence than lose you over it.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
Your account goes read-only for 60 days, during which you can export everything as CSV. After that it is deleted. We will never hold your own accounting records hostage to get you to renew.
Do you build custom software for clients?
No. We are a product company, and taking on custom builds is how product companies quietly turn into agencies. We will happily discuss whether an existing product can be configured to fit.
Is the interface available in Arabic?
Yes. AutoRoyal ERP ships with a full Arabic interface including right-to-left layout, and Arabic is a first-class language for us rather than a translation added at the end. Spanish is available across our products, with German, French and Portuguese planned.
When does Retail Empire come out?
We do not have a date, and we are not going to invent one. Follow the dev log or the wishlist and you will hear the moment we do.
Can I use your logo and screenshots in a video or article?
Yes, including monetised content, and you do not need to ask. Everything cleared for that is on the press page. Just do not alter the logo or suggest we endorsed you.
