Refunds & cancellation
DOVNEXUS is a trading name operated by Mohammad Ayman Ahmad Abu Al-Hayjaa, an individual seller based in Palestine.
This policy applies to AutoRoyal ERP subscriptions purchased through our checkout. Our checkout is operated by Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record — Paddle handles the transaction and any tax, and its own payment terms apply alongside this policy.
You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
Full refund within 14 days of your first payment on a plan. Renewal payments after that are not refunded, except where the law requires it or the service was materially unavailable to you.
Regardless of the window above, we will refund a duplicate or accidental charge, a charge taken after a valid cancellation, or a charge for a period where the service was substantially unavailable.
To request a refund, email the address below with the account or billing email you used and the approximate purchase date. We aim to respond within one business day. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle; timing after that depends on your bank or card provider.
Games are currently in development and are not for sale. We are not accepting pre-orders or any payment for a game at this time — nothing on this site processes a game purchase, and this policy does not yet apply to them. When a game is released for purchase, it is expected to be distributed through Steam, and Steam’s own refund policy will govern purchases made there.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights as a consumer, which vary by country and take precedence over anything above where they conflict.
